After spending a decade in Mumbai’s film and advertising industry, a deep questioning of life and the nature of the Self led her toward a life of meditation and spiritual study in South India. Profoundly influenced by the teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi, she has since spent more than a decade immersed in ashram life, seva, sādhanā, and the study of Vedānta and Yoga.
