Health & Medical Information
Students are responsible for informing Adhisha about relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary requirements or other limitations that may affect their participation. Teachers should be informed before practice if a student is experiencing pain, injury or physical difficulty. Adhisha provides Yoga education and general support but does not replace professional medical care. When required, our team can assist students in accessing nearby medical facilities.
Personal Belongings
Students are responsible for their own passports, money, electronics, documents and personal belongings. Students are encouraged to keep valuable items secure and exercise reasonable care while travelling and during excursions.
Visitors & Guests
To maintain security, privacy and a focused learning environment, visitors and guests may only enter accommodation or restricted areas according to Adhisha's management guidelines. Students should inform management before inviting outside guests onto the premises.
Communication With Management
We encourage open and respectful communication.
If you experience a concern related to:

please communicate with the Adhisha management team as early as possible.
Our intention is to listen first, understand the situation and find an appropriate solution.
Complaints & Conflict Resolution
If a disagreement or concern occurs, students are encouraged to address it calmly and respectfully.
The recommended process is:
Speak with the concerned person → Contact the teacher → Contact management → Find an appropriate resolution
Adhisha does not tolerate harassment, intimidation, discrimination or threatening behaviour.
Cultural Sensitivity
Students should understand that Yoga has deep roots in Indian culture and philosophy. At the same time, Adhisha welcomes students from around the world. We therefore encourage a balance of:
Respect for the roots of Yoga + Respect for cultural diversity + Openness to learning
No student is expected to abandon their personal identity or beliefs. Everyone is expected to respect the environment and the people around them.
